Double Yield Pickling Cucumber

Fruit is smooth-skinned and ranges in color from pale to medium green with black spines and attractive blossom-end highlights. Our trials team was impressed by the flavor and texture of Double Yield—fruit is tender and juicy, with crisp skin and a mild flavor. Excellent for pickling or eating fresh. Harvest regularly to avoid oversized fruit.

Growing Instructions:

• Direct sow 3 seeds every 12" and thin to 2 plants per spacing in rows 5–6' apart.
• Use approximately 660 seeds per 100' (~⅛ oz/100'), or 48M seeds per acre (~3 lb/acre) using 6 seeds/ft with 6' row spacing.
• For transplants, space 12" apart in rows 5–6' apart.
