- Soaking Time: 8 hours
- Sprouting time: 2 days for short sprouts, 5-6 days for Chinese style
- Recommended methods: Jar-Lid, Hemp Bag, or Sprouting Tray
- Yield: ½ cup seed (4 OZ) = 2 ½ cups
Ingredients: Mung beans. May contain wheat, soy or mustards. Produced in a facility that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, sesame, and shellfish.
