This innovative pie pumpkin from Dr. Brent Loy at the University of New Hampshire features high Brix, flavorful flesh perfect for baking, and hulless seeds ideal for roasting. Each fruit yields about ¼ lb of seeds, making it both a gourmet and practical variety. Vigorous, vining plants produce 3–4 pumpkins each, with average yields exceeding 500 lbs of seed per acre. A portion of sales supports the breeder through the Loy’s Choice™ program.

Growing Instructions:
